…JHC#111) - Adds CONFIG_REQUIRE_PMF_S to allow users with modern hotspots (like Pixel 9 Pro) to enforce Protected Management Frames. - Defaults PMF to capable but not required to preserve compatibility with legacy WPA2 networks. - Sets sae_pwe_h2e to WPA3_SAE_PWE_BOTH where available to enable WPA3 SAE flow.

With apologies for the delay in getting to this, a question: although I can see how the code here is going to use the configuration parameter to set up the connection, and I don't see any detrimental side-effect in declaring that the system is PMF capable, I don't see any mechanism for the user to either set, or interrogate the parameter used for this. Is this elsewhere? Or missing? |

Description
When utilizing the WIBL logger with modern mobile hotspots (e.g. Google Pixel 9 Pro) that enforce WPA3 security, the logger was failing to authenticate. This PR fixes this by configuring PMF (\pmf_cfg.capable, \pmf_cfg.required) and WPA3 SAE flags prior to invoking \WiFi.begin().
