Laggy low fps smooth scrolling after sleep wake up

Scrolling is low fps after waking up sleep. I have to change refresh rate to any value to solve.(I am using 120hz VRR monitor connected with HDMI)

1. Let mac sleep
2. Wake up
3. Mouse scroll starts to lag
