VS2012 upgrade to make submitting changes easier

I'd like to submit a pull request but my local copy has been upgraded to VS2012...

Can you upgrade your side to make this simpler?

I've pushed a commit to master that includes upgrading the solution to VS
2012. I'll keep an eye out for your PR.
