Problem Statement
The Hudu device sync records Intune device details but does not synchronize Windows LAPS credentials or BitLocker recovery keys. Technicians must retrieve those credentials from another portal during device recovery and support work.
Benefits for MSPs
Add opt-in synchronization of LAPS and BitLocker credentials to mapped Hudu computer assets. This keeps recovery data with the device record, reduces portal switching, and gives technicians the drive identifier and recovery key as a clear pair.
Value or Importance
The integration stores secrets in protected Hudu password fields, retrieves them only when metadata changes or a protected field is missing, and keeps Graph and cache access tenant-scoped. Existing Hudu layouts migrate without removing custom fields.
