P1 Badge Bump the npm patch version for this documentation update

When this commit is integrated into main, this documentation edit is an update that requires an npm patch release, but both package.json and package-lock.json remain at 1.2.10; include the version bump in the same integration so the publish workflow does not reuse the existing version.

P1 Badge Remove AI attribution from the commit metadata

The reviewed commit records both its author and committer as Codex <codex@openai.com>, so merging it would permanently add explicit agent attribution to Git history; recreate the commit under the actual human author's identity before integration.

Follow its full-suite checks and current test results rather than historical fixed counts. Keep this file as a pointer so local and GitHub agents do not receive conflicting release or safety rules.
