[Bug] Batch and stream job overview returns zero with PostgreSQL #4578

Closed as not planned

Description

@gordan-zhang

Description

When Dinky uses PostgreSQL as its metadata database, the Home page batch/stream job overview can report both counts as zero even though dinky_task.batch_model is populated.

Reproduction

  1. Configure Dinky with the PostgreSQL profile.
  2. Create FlinkSql tasks with batch mode disabled.
  3. Open the Home page or call /api/home/getJobModelOverview.
  4. Observe streamingJobCount: 0 while matching tasks exist.

Root cause

PostgreSQLPrepareInterceptor lowercases the complete SQL statement. The mapper compares dialect with mixed-case literals such as FlinkSql; those literals become lowercase while stored column values retain their original case, so no rows match. The query also relies on numeric boolean mapping and implicit camel-case aliases.

Expected behavior

Batch and streaming task counts should be correct with PostgreSQL and remain compatible with MySQL/H2.

Environment

  • Dinky 1.2.5
  • PostgreSQL metadata database
