Improve the Charts - Stock demo (jQuery)

• Data: replaced static 23-point dataset (March 1994) with generateStockData() (~65 weekday points from April 1, 1994), so there is enough data to scroll and zoom.
• Zoom & pan: enabled zoomAndPan on the argument axis (drag to zoom, mouse wheel).
• Visual range: set initial argumentAxis.visualRange to ~2 weeks.
• Scroll bar: added a visible bottom scrollBar.
• Axis labels: 'MMM dd' format with rotate overlapping behavior (30°) to avoid label jumping while scrolling/zooming.
• Value axis: moved to the right (standard for financial charts).
• Legend: moved to the bottom center.
• Removed workdaysOnly, since the data now contains only workdays.
• Toolbar: added a dxToolbar with Pan Left/Right, Zoom In/Out and Reset Zoom. Handlers use applyVisualRange(), which clamps to data bounds and enforces a minimum span of 3 days.
