This pull request bumps the idna dependency from 3.10 to 3.15, bringing in recent updates and a notable CVE mitigation. While the update correctly secures the development environment via the uv.lock file, it leaves the published package's runtime requirements unchanged. Adding a runtime floor like idna>=3.15 to pyproject.toml would ensure that SDK users also receive the security remediation.

[P2] This only updates the repo's uv.lock, which is used for dev/CI here; the published package still exposes httpx as its runtime dependency without any idna minimum in pyproject.toml. If the intent is to remediate the idna CVE for SDK users, add a runtime floor such as idna>=3.15 (or otherwise tighten a direct dependency that constrains it) and then regenerate the lockfile.
Bumps idna from 3.10 to 3.15.
