chore: keep OpenSpec tasks out of the repo - #122

Conversation
Proposal, design and specs are committed; tasks.md, of active and archived changes, stays local. The pattern covers both archive layouts (openspec/changes/archive/ and openspec/archive/).

We decided which parts of an OpenSpec change go into the repositories:
proposal.md,design.mdand the specs. They record what was decided and why, and they are useful to whoever reads the code later.tasks.md, of active and archived changes. It is the agent's working checklist while implementing; once the change is done it adds nothing to the repo. The after-exec review still checks it locally before committing. This PR adds that entry to this repo's
.gitignore:The pattern covers both archive layouts used in our projects: OpenSpec's default
openspec/changes/archive/<change>/andopenspec/archive/<change>/(as in the Android capture app). This repo has no
openspec/folder yet, so notasks.mdis currently tracked and nothing needs to be untracked.📹 Screenshots/Screen capture
