Fluidsynth currently only feeds a mono input signal to the FX units.
Describe the solution you'd like
Now that fluidsynth supports multiple reverb engines, two of which are Stereo input capable, we should consider refactoring rvoice_mixer such that FX become stereo input capable. At the same time, LADSPA should also become stereo input capable, see #1170.
