Automated nightly documentation refresh from the scheduled update-nightly workflow (pnpm docs:update:nightly --from-workflow).

This PR advances the docs/nightly/* git submodules to current upstream sources—always refreshing specs, GraphQL docs, migrations/disclosures, and fuels-ts, and bumping other nightly doc submodules when newer tagged releases are detected. No application or default (mainnet) doc config changes are intended.
