[BUG] Folders in apps overview sometimes show no apps/empty

Describe the bug
Sometimes a folder in the apps overview appears empty on the first click. When closing and trying again, it works. The next time, it's hit or miss.

Basic debug information
I disabled all other extensions, except V-Shell and Ubuntu Dock.

To Reproduce
Open apps overview, and try to open a folder there. Sometimes it shows the icons within, sometimes it does not. I could not consistently reproduce this issue.

Expected behavior
When I click on a folder in the app overview, I expect to see the apps inside that folder.

System:

• OS: Ubuntu 26.04 with Gnome 50
• Version of V-Shell extension: 50.1
• Source of installation: Gnome Extension Manager
• V-Shell, Dash to Panel, Desktop Icons NG, Ubuntu AppIndicators, Ubuntu Tiling Assistant. Testing was done only with V-Shell and Ubuntu Dock enabled.

Unfortunately, Ubuntu 26.04 patched the app grid to behave the way they intended, so it's no longer compatible with V-Shell. I'll see if I can figure out a workaround and fix the mess. Disabling the appDisplay module in V-Shell Settings is the only solution for now.

I'm sorry for the very late reply. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my problem. I worked around it in a whole other way (which I'll admit was planned for a long time): installed Debian and went from there. No more problems now. Thanks!
