I build AI that medical scientists trust - at the intersection of mathematics, biology, and product. The hard ML underneath, and the human-in-the-loop design on top.

What I bring to medical, pharma, and medtech problems: • Physics-informed and Bayesian ML for sparse, noisy biological data • Graph neural networks for molecular and structural problems • Computer vision for medical imaging - radiology, radiotherapy, electron and fluorescence microscopy, LP-TEM • Signal processing for biomarker mining • LLM + RAG systems for scientists
