Hex colors are not correctly formatted in chat for %item% placeholder #14

• I am sure this is a bug and it is not caused by a misconfiguration or by another plugin.
• I've looked for already existing issues on the Issue Tracker and haven't found any.
• I already searched on the plugin wiki to know if a solution is already known.
• I already searched on the discord to check if anyone already has a solution for this.
• I enabled the debug mode in config.yml and sql debug

What happened?

Hex colors are not correctly formatted in chat for %item% in "item" and "purchased" lines.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Rename an item with hex colors like &#c00bd6T&#ca0fc6E&#d412b6S&#df16a7T&#e91a97I&#f31d87N&#fd2177G
2. Use /ah sell 1 to add the item in the auction house
3. Look in the chat and notice that the formatting is not how it's supposed to look
4. Purchase the item, see again the formatting
