  • Resolve GCC 16 compiler warnings across FCCAnalyses.
  • Standardize signed collection-index bounds checks while retaining valid negative sentinel handling.
  • Remove unused code, shadowed names, deprecated copy diagnostics, and the non-standard VLA in the thrust algorithm.
