Updates the manual index page so the documentation site links to newly added command man pages related to the combine integration work.
Changes:
- Add links for
fccanalysis fitandfccanalysis extractman pages under the “Latest” commands list. - Update the “Other” script links in the
pre-edm4hep1section (currently pointing tolatest).

This PR updates
content/man/_index.mdso the site links to the new man pages for combine's integration into FCCAnalyses. See HEP-FCC/FCCAnalyses#520 for more details on the combine integration pull request. This is being done as a part of my GSoC project Integration of Combine with FCCAnalyses under the guidance of my mentors Juraj Smiesko and Jan Eysermans.
