The tools/happ_config_file-v0.4.0 release is published, so both images can install the iroh-only build instead of 0.3.0, which still offered the removed --webrtc option.

Now that
tools/happ_config_file-v0.4.0is released, both images install the 0.4.0 binary instead of 0.3.0.Until this lands, the images ship a config tool that still offers the
--webrtcoption and emitssignalServerUrl/stunServerUrls, which Holochain 0.7 no longer supports, while the docs in the repo describe the 0.4.0 behaviour. This closes that gap.Verification
