Testnet address pages currently crash after hydration when their optional price quote is null. Crosslink also joins recency observations to the candidate roster by array position, producing incorrect validator status. Mainnet's already-running cross-chain reader and maintenance source remain outside main.

This release:

  • Keeps address history usable without a finite available quote, preserves valid zero prices, and uses the selected network's currency in address copy/metadata. Incorporates the repair proposed in Fix testnet address pages crashing on an unavailable price quote #117.
  • Normalizes native v14 recency keys, distinguishes the 12 voting slots from all delegated candidates, preserves all-candidate stake, and uses active stake for local observations. Missing/stale/mismatched observations stay unavailable; the browser expires bars and row indicators even during a pending refresh. Historical signatures have no invented current-roster denominator.
  • Reconciles the reviewed filtered cross-chain source into current main. The two API modules match the existing live overlay hashes exactly; the immutable b72a393 worker, reader flag, provider budget and scoped checkpoints remain unchanged. No SQL migration, reset, new writer or worker replacement is required.

Validation includes local lint/typecheck and frontend/server regressions, actual address rendering plus hydrated testnet browser behavior, 23 PostgreSQL-backed cross-chain tests with no skips, and native-shaped Crosslink legacy/v1/freshness regressions plus a read-only live-RPC canary. Independent review corrections are covered by regression tests. Hosted CI/builds and exact production verification are tracked separately from local checks.

Rollout: verify all three frontend projects first; then apply the two Crosslink runtime files to the existing v14 API. Preserve the primary's existing cross-chain overlays as a local rollback snapshot before the CI-gated main API checkout. Node/indexer artifacts, testnet API, passive standby writers and the private AI branch are outside this release.
