Testnet accounting buckets lost actual miner receipts whenever tip-only subsidy observations were missed, and isolated valid points were invisible. Add a canonical height/hash/network-bound historical subsidy allocation cache, exact coinbase-based receipt recovery, independent coverage, visible receipt bars, bounded scheduled repair and fresh deep-health checks. Actual underclaims and genuinely unavailable reserve observations remain distinguishable.
Repair the related Mining/Network charts: estimate short-window solrate from complete-window difficulty work over elapsed header time, expose the last recorded NSM sample within each bucket with its actual hash/height/header time, and open supported histories at30days. Provide a bounded official-testnet attributed-payout snapshot job with exact amounts, partial-attribution/refresh metadata and honest loading/error/empty states. The source is reconciled with the current main cache/SEO release.
Validation: all required PR checks pass. Native PostgreSQL accounting and miner-snapshot tests cover exact amounts, canonical/orphan/duplicate-spend exclusions, selected-range sample boundaries and atomic rollback. A captured canonical replay removes20 artificial solrate gaps without changing fee/count/block-time averages. Testnet source/API/deployed-code checks verify the earlier release independently from browser hydration, which remains unverified.
Merge integration keeps future main releases from overwriting these fixes. Canonical cache migrations036/037 and the rustls patch are integrated separately through Kenbak/zecblock-rust#32. Existing immutable testnet workers/timers remain scoped to their active official-testnet database; the application deploy does not install new writers on standby or announce a mainnet NU7 activation schedule. Exact merge CI, deployments and native artifact provenance are verified as release gates.
