Publish swap_daily (batch 4, step 10) - #226

Rollout steps 0-9 in swaps.md are complete on the analytics host: store matches mainnet row for row (5,627 rows), NEAR counts match swaps on all 142 dates. Removes published:false, requires swap_daily in the alert and load gates, and moves its two eval cases out of pending. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
