Rollout steps 0-9 in value-pools.md are complete: the store view matches the same query on mainnet row for row (35 dates), chain_supply equals the pool sum and supply_daily on every date. Removes published:false, requires the dataset in the alert and load gates, moves its eval case out of pending, and states that day_blocks on 2026-09-28 counts only from the first observed height.
