after completing the smithing and minning tutorial the combat tutor has a issue if you equip dagger he ask you to speak to the combat tutor again and it doesnt progress to next step after equip dagger logging out seemed to fix the issue but without logout it stuck on the step after you equipd dagger

I tried replicating this issue and was unsuccessful, will keep trying different things but can you provide more details? Were you able to equip the dagger at all before talking to Vanakka? Or, after initially talking to Vanakka and BEFORE clicking the worn equipment interface button, were you able to equip the dagger?

Your character's state is constantly being tracked as you progress through dialogue and click on things the tutorial instructs you to click on:

Here you can see that if your tutorial state (%tutorial) is less than ^newbie_combat_instructor_worn_inventory (when the flashing worn equipment tab shows up), you get a message saying you'll learn how to do that later. This was the case in my experience and trying different ways to equip the dagger before clicking the flashing worn equipment tab didn't work:

• Before talking to Vanakka
• Middle of Vanakka initial introduction dialogue
• After Vanakka initial introduction dialogue (just as the worn equipment tab is flashing)
• Exit the combat area back into mining and smithing area
• After clicking the rat gate (trying to progress tutorial state)

It seems to be that only after you click the flashing worn equipment tab that you can equip the dagger, because your tutorial state until then is always less than ^newbie_combat_instructor_worn_inventory which means you should in theory never be able to do so. The code below shows the next step of progression of your tutorial state past the state above (%tutorial < ^newbie_combat_instructor_worn_inventory), requiring the flashing tab to have been clicked + the bronze dagger to be equipped:
