@jburgos-cc, thanks for your contribution. I'll defer approving this first until the app name change reflects in the gallery because if we publish this article with a different name from the app name in the gallery, it will be confusing to the reader.
Have you submitted a request in the MAN portal to update the app name in the gallery? If you haven't, follow the guide here for the steps for submitting the request: Check the update or remove app section - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/v2-howto-app-gallery-listing

that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the
tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active
Directory user account.
