@realforest2001 I saw you commented on the balance of the PR and I would like to say that even if folks don't have a meta option available they can still make a tier list of options and ignore the worst ones. I would rather balance out the options so they're all (or at least mostly) viable rather than giving people random chances to get stuff they actually like. I'm willing to make changes myself if any one option is picked way too much! |

@budgetcommander0 Could you add the Disguise Kit option to be available for the Sacrestants again? You seem to have removed it from them only. |

I'll get on that |

As with the original PR, needs balance approval due to implications of being able to pick meta options every time. |
About The Pull Request
Removes randomisation from Inquisition enhancements, allowing players to pick from the full selection.
Why It's Good For The Game
While the idea of forcing players to pick from a random pool of enhancements is commendable, this is both unintuitive for new players ("Why is x option missing?") and disallows players to have a character with a "canon" enhancement. Ultimately, this system is confusing, hostile to the development of clear characters to roleplay, and - in my personal opinion - feels unnecessarily gamey in a faction that already feels unnecessarily gamey enough as-is.
