(Needs lore Approval) Adds Pharynx, a physician language

About The Pull Request

Adds a new language named Pharynx. It is meant as a medicator-created language that then spread to Heartfelt and Kingsfield's feldsher academies. It is thus known by most medical roles (feldshers, apothecaries, etc..) as well as the pestran clergy. It also has the unique ability of being legible when you suffer from grievous wounds that normally prevent speech (jaw fracture, arterial damage..)

To-do :

• Fix some symbols appearing weird.
• Implement anti-slurring for wounds.
• Implement anti-slurring for missing teeths.
• Make sure the language is taken into account in modifiers that give you extra languages (be special and the like).
• Fix (?) the language not being speakable when you spawn with it for some reason.
• Get lore-team approval.

Why It's Good For The Game

Gives Medicator, and the feldsher/apothecary academies more flavour. Gives medicators a small mechanic that lets them guide apprentices when their own jaw has been shattered.
