About The Pull Request
Adds a new smithable armor piece, the ornate fluted cuirass. Currently just the psydonian cuirass but with fluted cuirass stats (might adjust the psydonian one too later, as it's a fluted cuirass with no leg coverage..)
Also gives the Former Commander noble the ornate fluted cuirass, since, they're a noble and its fancy.
Why It's Good For The Game
It looks drippy.
If anyone thinks that it should be inquisition only because it has a psycross on it, there are other armor pieces with the same design. It's also technically a z-cross, not a psycross.
