Display worklist accession number and failover to manual image collection

This work:

• Adds accession number (placeholder) to the worklist status
• Adds success messages and states when failing over to manual and ability to retry connection with interruption page
• Adds accession number to the appointment tab

• For the prototype, retry connection will fail on the first try, then it will work

All is not well, and the user has enabled manual image mode

All is not well: Manual image page interruption when there is an unfixed worklist issue

• We show the retry page as an interruption if the user tries to proceed to take images without sorting out the worklist issue, to force them to try to reconnect or switch to manual

Troubleshooting info on automatic images page

• We show this to help the user sort out issues where the system says that things are fine, but they're still experiencing an issue
• When switching to manual from here, this shows worklist-related content on the manual images page for the first issue but not for the second two
• That is because when there is an issue unrelated to the worklist we don't need to give the user the info to sort out the worklist matching, as the issue is about something else (no of images, labels...)
