• records the validated canonical 0.1.2 source and adapter commit
• records Code Ocean Standard Capsule 2.0 and release-producing run 1244387
• records the successful GSVA to Limma handoff using runs 1254366 and 1254876
• proposes, but does not create, annotated adapter tag v0.1.2 at the validated adapter commit
