Add Uninstalled/Newly Added Modules to Module Panel

Describe the feature

After copying a module into the website. It should show on the modulle panel that its seen but not installed. This way you know its properly seen by the panel and is ready to be installed.

A module needs to be installed before the website will even know what it is about and show info regarding it (name, author, etc). It needs to be loaded in for that. Hence the install button in StaffCP which does exactly that. So I don't think this is currently possible.

Regardless, the install button essentially just loads all the modules that can be loaded and "installs" them without enabling them? I don't really see the benefit of this 😅. You can see if they are ready to be installed by just looking in your file explorer where you just moved the files?
