Description

Generated release notes linked Intel macOS TAR archives and Linux TAR/ZIP archives without the x64 filename segment. Those seven links returned 404 even though the release assets were present. Include the architecture in both each link label and URL so future release notes match the published filenames.

Changes Made

Correct seven download-table entries in .github/workflows/Build.yml. The same seven links have been corrected in the published v30.0.3 notes and re-read from GitHub to verify persistence.

Testing

• actionlint -oneline .github/workflows/Build.yml — passed.
• node node_modules/prettier/bin/prettier.cjs --check .github/workflows/Build.yml — passed.
• git diff --check — passed.
• Rendered the template with v30.0.3 and checked the corrected filenames against the public release inventory; all seven corrected targets exist.

The affected download links target macOS x64 and Linux x64 archives.
