default_team_id and team_id should use active_id instead of id
The filter of geoengine view of orders was throwing an error because 'display_name' was not found in the items, and was not showing the orders. This happened because the 'display_name' field was not included in the view.
Porting of PR OCA#1324 Widget "geo_edit_map" is not required as field type "GeoPoint" is used to identify the same. So, widget is removed from "shape" field.
Using templates for restoring geoengine views of "fsm.location" and "fsm.order" models.
Introduced "warning" to be displayed in "fsm.location" form view when value of latitude or longitude details is not available.
