 Business requirement identifiers for T036 Pre-Award Catalogue have been updated from op-t68-xxx to op-t36-xxx to align with the transaction identifier T036. This change affects all business requirements in both the transaction documentation and the profile documentation. The previous version used op-t68 identifiers which were confusing and inconsistent with the transaction naming convention.
