fix(compute): adopt observer removal fix

Summary

• Use Compute 0.5.2-bugfix.2 for source builds to prevent crashes when removing observers from invalidated subgraphs. Update the environment, CI, setup fallback, and stdout renderer references.
• Default the Compute environment to source builds until a binary release includes the fix.

Dependency

• Includes the fix from jcmosc/Compute#73 through the published Compute 0.5.2-bugfix.2 tag.

Validation

• Confirmed that the unchanged OpenAttributeGraph manifest selects Compute 0.5.2-bugfix.2 with the OpenSwiftUI environment settings.
• Verified shell syntax and whitespace checks.
