What

UI redesign ("Metrô Signage"). Each building is a São Paulo Metrô–style line with its own color and numbered bullet, and its floors are stations on that line. Picking a floor slides a "train" dot to it.

• Navy (#143966) stays as the sign band and text color.
• Schibsted Grotesk replaces Geist; drawn SVG icons replace the unicode glyphs.
• Keyboard focus is visible on every row.
• PRODUCT.md and DESIGN.md record the product context and design system.

3D revamp.

• The pixel and toon look is gone: the map now renders sharp and antialiased, with physically based materials, soft shadows and high-resolution textures.
• Floors open as cutaway models:
  • walls cut at 1.2 m, with doors and glazing;
  • real floor finishes;
  • furniture by room use, modeled from the photos.

Today | 1943 switch (?epoca=1943).

• 1943 shows the institute as photographed in Acrópole (1943): parquet floors, blackboards, wooden desks, tablecloths in the restaurant. Buildings added after 1942 are hidden, and the neighbourhood is capped at low-rise.
• Today shows current uses where a source exists.

Measured campus.

• scripts/lidar-campus.py pulls the city's 2017 LiDAR survey (AWS Open Data) and was used to:
  • correct building heights and roof pitches;
  • correct 244 neighbouring buildings' heights;
  • add two campus buildings that were missing from the model;
  • make the north-east woods slope down 9 m;
  • place and size 17 trees from the scan.
• Prédio 3 gets an estimated floor layout based on room counts in FUNDASP's renovation news.

Every source is listed in docs/consolacao/sources.md, and every change in docs/realism-log.md. Downloaded reference photos and scans stay gitignored.

• Docs move: the earlier move of docs/consolacao/* into floor-plans/.
• README: expanded with setup steps.
• Impeccable config (.impeccable/): only the shared config and design files are committed; local and working files are gitignored.

Not included

• Your local files: docs/consolacao/pictures/ (75 MB, including Google Maps screenshots), docs/svg/ and data/PUCT.svg aren't committed.

Known gaps

• Guessed, not sourced: furniture positions, Prédio 3's room positions, and the two new buildings' names and uses (placeholders).
• Licensing: the Wikimedia Commons photos are CC BY-SA 4.0 and need credit if shown publicly. The LiDAR licence also needs a check: the AWS registry lists GPL-3.0, which may only cover the tools.
• Phone performance: not yet tested on a real phone. The renderer is capped at 1.5× pixel density on phones.

Checks

• Lint, typecheck and npm run build pass.
• Checked visually with headless desktop and iPhone screenshots after each change.
