docs: Document column selection for HubSpot and row filter restrictions

This PR updates documentation to reflect changes from PostHog/posthog#67544.

HubSpot source documentation (contents/docs/cdp/sources/hubspot.md)

• Added a new "Selecting columns" section explaining that column selection is now available for HubSpot sources after the first sync completes
• Documented the distinction between "Customize synced properties" (API property selection at setup time) and "Selecting columns" (post-sync warehouse column filtering)
• Added callout explaining the "Sync forward only" vs "Full resync" options when adding columns

Sources index page (contents/docs/cdp/sources/index.mdx)

• Added a new "Filtering rows" section documenting row filter functionality
• Clarified that row filters are only available for SQL sources (Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ClickHouse
• Noted that API sources (Stripe, HubSpot, Zendesk, Paddle) do not support row filtering

What's NOT documented (and why)

• Stripe, Paddle, Zendesk column selection - These sources have has_managed_hogql_schema = True which means column selection is explicitly disabled for them. Their HogQL tables use a PostHog-managed canonical schema for revenue analytics, so the physical column set must stay complete.
