OnceLock is used in the Rust node codebase to initialize components, but this causes dangerous indeterminism in the application, e.g. validation can be skipped if the validator's OnceLock is not initialized yet.
Note: a quick fix can be to replace OnceLock::get with OnceLock::wait.
