Update KPIs and change data format to csv

Goal: Have District KPIs and Individual Buildings KPIs in csv files.
Also make small adjustments to code for more dynamic use inside KPIS.py while getting the same results.

update Kpis according to specification
merged current develop to account for recent changes. Combined both csv exports from develop and 104 to a singular structure.
