Summary
Why
The operator landing page correctly distinguishes default-branch behavior from work under review, but these two rows still described active implementation PRs as merely planned. This keeps the outcome index truthful without documenting commands that are not available on the default branch.
Validation
python3 scripts/check_doc_links.pygit diff --checkRelated to #24. The issue remains open until the role-specific implementations and their separately authorized acceptance evidence are complete.
