Refactor fixColor function to accept 6 or 8 character hex codes.
Updated fixColor function to accept 6 or 8 character hex codes.
Updated the Tether version to 1.1 and refactored several functions for improved readability and performance. Added retry delays for link checks and modified link management functions.
Added targeting to Tether
Updated version number to 1.0.5 and added changelog entry for new features.
