DOCS-1688 - Add Algolia MCP server

Purpose of this pull request

Adds the Algolia MCP server to .mcp.json so Claude Code can directly query Algolia analytics and search APIs from within the documentation workspace.

Algolia MCP (mcp.algolia.com)

Connects Claude Code to Algolia's analytics and search APIs, enabling documentation workflows driven by real search data:

• Connect insights to action — Surface top no-result queries and scaffold missing docs without copy-pasting between tabs
• Cross-reference with the codebase — Determine whether a no-result query is a missing doc or an index configuration issue
• Bulk analysis — Pull analytics and scan docs for content gaps in a single step
• Jira integration — Spot a content gap from search data and create a DOCS ticket without leaving the conversation
• Natural language queries — Ask questions like "Which searches suggest users can't find our Kubernetes integration?" instead of manually filtering dashboards

Note: The Gemini MCP server (gemini-mcp-tool) was originally included in this PR but has been removed. See DOCS-1552 for details.

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)
