P1 Badge Stripe orders marked paid before checkout completes

placeOrder now persists card orders with payment: true at creation, before the Stripe session has succeeded. If the user abandons or cancels checkout, the order remains in the DB flagged as paid (the old flow left payment false until /verify succeeded), so admins/drivers will treat unpaid orders as settled and they are never removed by the failure path. This misreports payment state for any incomplete card checkout.
