What: Added a @media (prefers-reduced-motion: reduce) query to custom-javadoc.css to disable animations, transitions, and smooth scrolling for users who have requested reduced motion in their system preferences.

Why: To improve accessibility for users with vestibular disorders or motion sensitivities. The previous UI included smooth scrolling and animated tooltips/hover states that could be distracting or uncomfortable for some users.

Accessibility: Directly addresses an important accessibility feature (prefers-reduced-motion), ensuring that users who opt-out of animations have a safe and comfortable browsing experience while viewing the Autogex documentation.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5284459248693209539 started by @Tugamer89

Added a @media (prefers-reduced-motion: reduce) query to custom-javadoc.css to respect user's system accessibility settings. This disables smooth scrolling, interactive transitions, and the "Copied" tooltip animation for a more comfortable and accessible reading experience.
