Provides the infrastructure to implement semantic tokens support for any language. Comes with:
AssertSemanticTokens.ExtendableSemanticTokensLegendProvider.SemanticTokensBuilder.TokenHighlightingStrategyandTokenBasedSemanticTokensProvider.
