Description

Corrects two references to ucp.capabilities in the core concepts documentation and glossary from array notation ([]) to object notation ({}).

source/schemas/ucp.json defines ucp.capabilities as a capability registry keyed by reverse-domain name. Each registry key maps to an array of capability declarations. The corrected notation matches the existing ucp.capabilities{} wording in docs/documentation/schema-authoring.md.

This is a documentation-only change. It does not modify schemas or runtime behavior.
