DEVMODE Resetting psycasts does not refund full points

I don't think it's been fixed to account for the bonus 1 point at level 1 (to unlock category) with new update. Resetting a level 5 gives 5 points instead of 6, for example.

As a workaround for users until this is fixed, you can turn on Options>Dev Mode and then Dev Mode in the psycast panel, letting you purchase things without spending points.
