Feels like an oversight that this is missing. one of the better lvl 3 base game psycasts didnt transfer over. Feels like something that should be in the archotechist tree or maybe the protector/nercromancers trees. all the other psycasts seem to have made it over just fine so it seems odd this one is left out.
