…fresh the catalog

Pricing overrides previously lived on a separate per-row form and the renderer never received signed-catalog rate cards, so the editor could not show the current rate when setting an override. The rate fields now live inside the add/edit model form and save together with the model (renames migrate the override key); ProviderModelView carries a renderer-safe pricing view so catalog rows pre-fill their current rates.

Refresh the bundled catalog from models.dev (version 2, captured 2026-08-12) with updated models, rates, and lifecycle states, and drop the integration assertion that upstream still publishes embedding models.
