Site ownership requests

1. User see his site
2. User requests ownership
3. User receive a confirmation script
4. User insert this script in his site
5. User prompts to confirm, Zule reads his script and confirms ownership

Then user will have edit rights to the site.

We could also use the private key of the zite. So the user has just to sign a random string with his private key to confirm ownership.
(This could also be added as another option)
