Update to Drupal 11.4
Proposed changes
Updates Drupal to 11.4 and switches to the new
drscript instead ofdrushfor recipe application since the olddrush recipecommand will no longer work with 11.4.Testing steps
Before this is merged, the provisioning service needs to add a condition to check if it's installing > Drupal 11.3. If it's > 11.3, the provisioning service needs to use
drto apply theacquia_trialsrecipe instead ofdrush.
