Add new Language to project

Hey there!
I work with the adapt authoring tool and recently discovered this new project of it.
We want to use it at our company but need a supported langpack for German.
I have written the german langpack already by copying your english langpack and would like to offer it to the project.
Please tell me if you'd want that and how the process would be.
